The original Real Coconut sits overlooking the stunning beaches of Tulum, Mexico, within Sanara Tulum Hotel.
The Real Coconut was born from my interest in nutrition and health, which stemmed from my personal experience with severe asthma as a child, and ongoing health issues. As I grew up, and then became a mother, I began to make changes in what I ate, and what we eat as a family, and feeling such significant improvements, I input this philosophy into The Real Coconut’s menus, which is where we are today.
My recipes and restaurants are dedicated to digestive health, and provide a philosophy of health and eating as a regimen for sustainable living, both personally and for the planet. Our menus and products are all: grain, gluten, dairy, soy, and refined sugar free, and utilize organic, non-GMO, and sustainably sourced ingredients wherever possible.
